Hi Bruce, I want to ask you if it was possible for you to come to Ottawa Ontario in Canada. It's my hometown and none of my favorite authors have come here. And you are definetely my favorite. If you could come for a signing for the sequel of the faerie door when it comes out that would be absolutely awesome! I eagerly await you answer... Love, Zoe

Hello Mr. Maxwell, My friend got your book and it looked so darn good that I think I will get it myself. It looks wonderful and magically well written. It looks like a book I will always keep, and cherish forever.

I've read it, My wife has read it, I'm in the process of reading it to my kids. It is a very intelligent, fun, and imaginative story. Even after all the millions of books out there it's nice to read something that is different and well written.

An unbelievably fine novel! I was disappointed it was a new release; I was hoping to buy the sequel! :: hint, hint :: I will read it to my niece and nephews; I know they will love it as much as I did!

I have not enjoyed a fantasy novel this much since I read the Chronicles of Narnia. Thank you for the good news regarding the future of this series and my favorite character. This book had a nice mixture of friendships, adventure, peril, and mystery.

This is an amazing imaginative book that I'm in the middle of. B.E. Maxwell has really captured a really smart idea when Elliot meets Deirdre. I can't wait to see what happens to Victoria when she does the lead role of the ballet! I went to the fascinating reading of B.E. Maxwell in the Books Of Wonders library. He talked about how he got the idea of the book.... I have to say that I'm REALLY IMPRESSED!

The Faerie Door is wonderful! You can actually picture Elliot and Victoria. It is written so very well - and the fact that Elliot lived in Alton Bay was so special to me, having spent many a day there - and yes, I have even seen dark thunder clouds roll into the Bay! Bruce, you are a talented writer and I can't wait to see more from you.

The Faerie Door is a captivating, highly imaginative and well-crafted adventure. I'll be rereading it until Victoria's and Elliot's next great quest. By the way, my wife loves epic fantasies and has probably read hundreds. She has only recommended two to me--Harry Potter was the other.

I am honored to be able to just read excepts from this phenomenal looking book. I can not wait to read it from cover to cover. I hope it is just the first of many. B.E. Maxwell is a gifted story teller and has been for many years. I love these kind of stories. They make my imagination soar.
